Bailey (Schrutz), Rose M. age 74, of Elk River. Born Nov. 7, 1948. Passed away Nov. 11th, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, sister-in-law, Debra Schrutz. Survived by husband, John; daughter, Heather (Mike) Suchy; son, Mike Bailey; brother, Frank Schrutz; grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Jon and Alyssa; nieces and nephews, Kory and Kyle Schrutz. Rose retired from the Elk River Library, she loved reading, sports, her grandchildren and her coffee group. Thanks to Crestview Lutheran and Grace hospice for the care and support.
