Carol Hoffman

Born to Fred and Dorthy Hidde on October 25, 1933; passed away peacefully in her home on January 9, 2019. 

Carol married Eugene (Gene) Hoffman on August 30 of 1952.  She worked at for the Cornelius Company for many years, and even in her “retirement,” worked part time at Circle C and Exxon Mobile.  Carol enjoyed being with her family, eating out at her favorite local restaurants, cross stitching, and crocheting beautiful baby blankets for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gene, daughter Karen Lincoln, sister Ruth (Jack) Shipman, sister Norma (Tony) Belanger, brother Robert, nephews Johnny and Danny Shipman, and great-granddaughter Phoenix Lincoln. 

She is survived by her loving children, Dianne (John) Stolarczyk and Brian (Karen) Hoffman; brother Art (Mary) Hidde and sister-in-law Geri Hidde, grandchildren Rick (Amy) Lincoln, Cory (Girlie) Lincoln, Kari (Dan) Brant, Kelly (Sean) Porter, Jason (Becca) Stolarczyk, and Alex (Haley) Hoffman; great grandchildren Anna, Evan, Macey, Morgan, Drew, Layne, and Lars. 

Memorial service 11AM with visitation one hour prior on Saturday, January 19th, 2019 at Dares Funeral Home in Elk River.
